How to Reset Internet Explorer

If Internet Explorer is working

1. Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools. Click Internet Options.

2. From the Internet Options window click Advanced Tab. Then click Reset.


3. Check Delete personal settings and click reset.

4. When done click close.

5. Press OK to close the options window. Then close Internet Explorer and open it back again.

If Internet Explorer is not working

a. Click Start > Control Panel. Click Network and Internet.

b. Click Internet Options and then continue from step 2.
